Brian stumbled upon starting CraftHotSauce.com in 2014 and in the first week of interacting with hot sauce makers, he picked up on palpable passion that he couldn’t resist leaving alone.

So much so, he started his own hot sauce company, Craic Sauce in 2017 and has documented the journey.

Through the Craft Hot Sauce Podcast we’ve shared hundreds of stories from hot sauce makers from over 20 countries, compiled in-depth articles for hot sauce crafters and chiliheads alike, and created a hot sauce marketplace for hot sauce enthusiasts to try the most flavorful craft hot sauces.
