I met Matt and Cath in 2016. They came to us through the newsletter and told me of a couple sauces they were working on and shared their awesome origin story. It's been awesome keeping in close touch with Matt and Cath and got to see them in Portland in 2019 at the Hot Sauce Expo. We also had them on the podcast and they talked through their story, but also they were included in the trademark law podcast episode. You also gotta love their bulldog!
